a tidy bedroom means better sleep.
The National Sleep Foundation found that people who make their beds are 19% more likely to sleep well than people who don’t.
Not only is it helpful to make your bed, but also keeping up with daily cleaning can help you sleep better as well. When you have a space that is clean, it can be a much more relaxing and comfortable place to be. This can lead to more restful sleep.
Cleaning such as putting dirty laundry into a basket, clearing away clutter,
hanging up your clothes when you get home, putting your clean laundry away
immediately, purging clutter on a regular basis, finding a place for
everything, along with dusting and vacuuming.
All of these can go a long way to help
you feel organized and comfortable And when you clean up on a regular basis, it makes it much easier to keep your space clean and tidy. Try to implement these tips into your own schedule to have a great place to go to at the end of a stressful day.
