Risk Of Loss And Use Of Account

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by You pass to You upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Any voluntary action taken by Sherwood to replace products missing or damaged in transit shall not alter this term.

If You use a Sherwood Account, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account and password and for restricting access to Your computer, and You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Sherwood Account or related password.

If You are under 18, You may use the Sherwood services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Sherwood reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Termination & Effect Of Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to You, immediately terminate these Terms or revoke any or all of Your rights granted under these Terms. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our manufacturing team, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and Your credit card charged. If Your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and Your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to Your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
