What makes the Tuc Weighted Blanket so different?

Tuc Blanket is a totally new kind of weighted blanket. There are no beads or pellets inside a Tuc Weighted Blanket. We created a flexible rubber sheet, so the weight of the blanket is evenly distributed across the whole blanket. Our patented core sheet technology is a game changer for weighted blanket users. This technology allows us to remove the pellets and beads, along with all the common issues that people have with traditional weighted blankets. With our new patented core sheet technology, we have eliminated the noise and uncomfortable shifting of pellets found in traditional weighted blankets. What kinds of Tuc Blankets are there?

Available in adult and kid size blankets, we offer two temperature profiles to choose from, to get the best rest no matter what kind of sleeper you are!

Tuc Warm

The Tuc Warm is made for those who prefer to sleep warmer. It is made with our Minky fabric on one side and our Plush Fleece on the other.

Tuc Cool

The Tuc Cool is made for those who prefer to sleep cooler. It is made with our Minky fabric on one side and our Cotton Twill on the other.

Tuc Fleece

The Tuc Fleece is made with a cozy fleece. This all-around, causal style blanket is incredibly soft, fuzzy and provides a medium temperature to our Tuc lineup.

Tuc Original

The Tuc Original is made with plush fleece on one side and a cooling cotton twill on the other. This blanket offers you the best of both worlds.

Sizes

The Adult Tuc Blanket comes in our standard 82” x 48” single user size.

The Tuc Kids Blanket comes in a 48" x 40" singe user size.

Weights

Tuc Weighted Blankets are designed to be 10 to 12% of your body weight. Both the Tuc Warm and Tuc Cool are available in 10, 15, 20 and 25 LBS

Tuc Kids Weighted Blankets are also designed to be 10 to 12% of their body weight. Both the Tuc Kids Warm and the Tuc Kids Cool are available in 5 and 7 LBS.

These charts will help guide you towards choosing the right weight but remember that the choice is highly personal! Some people may like a heavier or lighter blanket than we recommend.

Machine washable and dryer safe

Remember, Tuc Blankets are machine washable and dryer safe. Just make sure to consult your washer and dryer manuals for the drum weight limit. We do not recommend exceeding the drum weight limit of your specific machines. If you have a heavier blanket than is recommended for your machines at home, we recommend you bring your Tuc Blanket to a laundromat and use their heavy-duty washer and dryer. Do not dry clean.

"The Tuc Warm blanket is perfect! It keeps me warm while I'm sleeping and it's much easier to move around than a standard weighted blanket. I hated having to deal with the duvet cover and ties with other blankets. This being one piece is so much better. I've only had it a couple weeks and haven't tried washing and drying it yet."

"Having to rewrite my Masterful review. #1 - The Only downfall is that the weight is 15 lbs. and I need more of a Weight of 20 lbs. I know they are working on this which is why it is still a 5 star review. #2 - I have tried multiple weighted blanket's and although they worked fine, they were loud and the weight distribution was always off. I move around a lot in my sleep and this blanket moves with me. The weight is always distributed evenly. Once there is a 20 lb. blanket I will be buying another one. Lastly - This blanket is a little pricey but worth it 1000%"

"We bought this blanket for our kiddo. He is about 80lbs so we were worried it would be too heavy but it has worked out so well and he has room to grow a bit before its too light. Our kiddo has a lot of labels and most of them make sleep very difficult. He loves this blanket. It works just as advertised. My kiddo is very particular about the way things feel. We were looking for a weighted blanket that is built to keep weight evenly distributed and is soft. This hits both marks 100%. I want to purchase a second one for myself."

"I got this for my son for Christmas. He loves it! He says it helps him sleep. The weight is very nice. He also says it feels like the blanket is hugging him! The only thing he did not like was the cool side felt a little weird at first, like cold, clammy metal. I like that I can put this blanket in the washer and dryer and it doesn’t ruin the blanket or the machine! That is what drew me to this blanket in the first place, also that there were no beads and you did not need a duvet for it. It really is just like a heavy blanket!"
