Morning showers are a great way to give you the rejuvenating burst of energy you need to start your day. The water wakes you up and takes away the sleepy feelings you have when you first rise in the early morning.

While asleep, toxins are released from your system through your sweat. Taking a shower in the morning washes them away. Hot water and steam open the pores in your skin, making it easier to release these impurities.
