Why is the Tuc Blanket so cooling while all other weighted blankets are hot?
That
is how we designed The Tuc Weighted Blanket; to be cooling. We talked to
many users of weighted blankets and what we heard over and over, was that the
weighted blanket they had was too hot to sleep with. They sweated and tossed
and turned at night while using their weighted blanket. They took it off
and stopped using it. So, we went to work to design our blanket to adapt to the
many temperature profiles of our customers. With our patent pending core
sheet technology, it is cool to the touch and with the addition of pure
ventilation built into the design, it allows air to circulate around your body
rather than holding heat to your skin. The Tuc Blanket is offered in two
temperature profiles, Tuc Warm and Tuc Cool.
The Tuc Cool is made with soft minky on one side and a soft cotton twill on the other side. The Tuc Cool was created for everybody to snuggle up with. This blanket gives a double dose of comfort depending on how hot or cold you are. Want a little warmth? Go with the minky. Too hot? Go with the cotton twill.
The Tuc Warm is made with soft minky on one side and even softer plush fleece on the other. When sleeping or laying with your Tuc Warm, you can choose either side to get comfortable. This blanket gives you a double dose of comfort depending on how chilly you are. Want a little warmth? Go with the minky. Even warmer? Go with the plush fleece. But don’t worry, the Tuc Warm still has our patent pending core sheet technology to help you stay comfortable without overheating.
