Care Instructions
Machine washable and dryer safe for stress free cleaning.
Machine wash your Tuc Blanket separately and tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Consult your home washing machine and dryer manual for the drum weight limit. We DO NOT recommend exceeding the drum weight limit of your specific machine. We recommend using commercial or heavy duty machines at a laundromat*.
Which Blanket Do I Choose?
We recommend choosing a weighted blanket that is 10 to 12% of your body weight. Use the weight chart to get an idea of which weight would be right for you, but remember that the choice is highly personal!

Like sleeping under a wrestling mat
Super stiff rubber like feel. Cannot say I would recommend to anyone. It has potential but I do not think it is quite there yet. Will be returning mine after giving it a couple weeks. I can say the blanket around the rubber insert, super soft on the skin.

Weight
It’s nice to have a weighted blank without the glass beads, but it is definitely different. It does mold to your body like the glass bead ones does, so I can still feel air between me and the blanket which I don’t like. I was hoping for it to have the same effect. I switched because the glass bead blankets are a pain when you get a hole. It’s also very stiff, doesn’t feel very blanket like. I am hoping as I use it more it will get worn in and start to soften up and maybe even mold more to me.

Great blanket!
I got this for my son for Christmas. He loves it! He says it helps him sleep. The weight is very nice. He also says it feels like the blanket is hugging him! The only thing he did not like was the cool side felt a little weird at first, like cold, clammy metal. I like that I can put this blanket in the washer and dryer and it doesn’t ruin the blanket or the machine! That is what drew me to this blanket in the first place, also that there were no beads and you did not need a duvet for it. It really is just like a heavy blanket!
